Chapter 2 : Nightmares

Rachel stretched and yawned as she turned her computer off. It had been a good day, a game of prop hunt rarely made her happy but today was an exception. As she changed her clothes and switched into pjs instead, she smiled a bit as her head hit the pillow. 

"Today was a good day" she thought unknown to her that the shadows within the pitch black darkness of her room had eyes watching her as she slowly drifted off to sleep. 

Darkiplier smirked as he watched the female named Rachel fall into the slumber of her dreams. Chuckling he approached the brown haired female as he softly remarked. "How charming a lamb to the slaughter." As he got closer he allowed some of his madness to go near her seemingly innocent mind. But was shocked as his madness bounced off of the females head in the form of blue sparks. 

Dark recoiled from shock as his acquaintance Antiscepticeye appeared out of the shadows. 

"Why don't we just kill her already" he said casually as he leaned off the wall. "I kinda want to see her bleed" said Anti as his one green eye glowed within the darkness and he approached the seemingly sleeping female covering her mouth with his hand expecting her to wake up and scream for mercy and beg for her life. 

Rachel had felt the presence  of the two males in her room not entirely asleep because she was such a light sleeper in the first place she bit down on the one male's hand hard enough that she tasted the metallic taste of blood before rolling off of the bed and landing on the floor on one knee. "Whose there?" she said out into the darkness her hand reached out finding one of her escrima sticks from when she did martial arts. The familiar feel of bamboo felt cold in her hands as she scanned the darkness of her room.  

Dark chuckled as he slowly approached the nimble female. "Interesting. You can sense us." 

Anti bit back a hiss as he held his injured hand. "Son of a bitch she bit me." 

Rachel couldn't help but snicker "Heh thats what you get for sneaking up on a sleeping maiden" She heard the other chuckle in the dark as she located the sound with her ears. 

"Interesting. I think I might like her." Darkiplier replied as he noticed the moonlight begin to filter into the room allowing the girl before him to see some details within the pitch black darkness of her room. 

Rachel glared into the darkness of the room as she stood up a growl formed in the back of her throat. "Leave now or you will regret it." she said as she readied her weapon to strike the beings in her room. All senses alert as she felt a slight breeze of someone brushing up behind her. The second being came in front of her the only source of light being that of the moonlight. 

"You are a very interesting human darling." said a very sensual purr from behind as she tensed. "So the other is in front of me." she thought. 

Anti chuckled as he approached the female smirking. "Yeah bitch I am in front of you." As he said the words he tilted the girls head to meet his eyes. "And I am going to enjoy consuming your soul." 

Rachel growled as she used her free hand to sock the one with the green eyes hard across the face. "Damn it they are telepathic." she thought smirking a bit actually quite aware of abilities. 

Darkiplier chuckled as the female swung at Anti with no mercy the fact that she was even able to discern as to what their abilities were actually impressed him to a degree. As he was marveling though he barely dodged the weapon in her right hand. "Heh your a spitfire. I think I am beginning to like you more and more darling." he said as he dodged. 

Rachel growled under her breath as she dodged inside her room she knew what to do in this case she thought of a song to ring through her head as a distraction. "Are you guys here just to try and flirt with me? Because honestly its not working." she replied as she held the escrima stick in her hand like a dagger and instinctively stabbed it into the others throat. "Touch me again and you will die." she whispered into Anti's ear before kicking him to the side facing the other male. 

Darkiplier chuckled as he noticed the girl standing by the door of her room her mind had a song resonating through her mind making it difficult to discern what her thoughts and strategy were. 

"Clever girl." he smirked within the darkness as he stared at the young girl watching her fight off Anti was actually fairly interesting. 

Rachel glared keeping her guard up as she looked at the figures of both men the one named Anti was slowly attempting to pin her into a corner. Soon she was able to make out their faces and their eyes. The one named Anti, he had a multi color scheme going on with the one green one blue eye. While the other one Dark actually had pitch black eyes with red irises. 

As she observed her surroundings she noticed Anti actually managing to pin her against the wall. "shit" she muttered under her breath. 

Anti chuckled as he leaned over the girl underneath him. "You fight well little girl for a human but this is were you will die" he said as his claws traced a path over her neck. "Any last words?" 

Rachel smirked as she replied "Yeah. I do. VIVA FREEDOM!" she almost laughed as she grabbed hold of Anti's arm, and by ducking under it she twisted it so that she pinned it against his back pushing his own body against the wall of her room. "Heh. Checkmate I win you son of a bitch." she said as she tied his wrists up and tried to sense dark inside the room. 

"I know you are there in the shadows watching me sir might as well come out" she replied to the darkness. 

Dark chuckled as he reappeared out of the shadow plane "Interesting you beat Anti. I am impressed you are not resonating any fear towards us." He said as he approached the girl from behind. 

Rachel dared not turn her back on the other man at all at this point as she whirled around though Dark took her hands in his and pinned her up against the wall. Chuckling he smirked a bit as he stared into the pure green irises that stared back at his own red irises with a passion or in his mind a fire to fight back. 

"Hmmmm Interesting. Very interesting indeed." Dark chuckled as he smirked and quickly pulled the young female into a kiss.

Rachel's eyes widened as the stranger kissed her "mmmmph...." she growled under her breath. The other's scent gaining access to her lungs as she tried to push the stronger male off of her. The smell of a strong scent of male cologne went into her lungs as he kissed her she tried to focus on getting him off of her though.

Dark chuckled as he pulled away from the female and smirked as he released her wrists. "We shall meet again darling. Until then I believe we shall take our leave." 

Rachel glared at Dark as if she wanted to slap him for what he did but before she even had the chance to he turned picked up his  tied up comrade as he spoke to the other named Anti. 

"Anti we have to depart." He said as he grabbed his companion and traveled through the shadows. But before he left the room he turned around to face the female that stood ready to fight him with no fear a devilish smirk on his face as he addressed her. "Good evening madam."

With that the two strangers disappeared off into the shadows as if nothing had happened. 

Rachel slumped against the wall and smirked looking up a bit amused. "Well that was interesting." she thought that was until she felt a slight pain in her shoulder. Wincing she opened the door of her room. The light in the balcony lit up the room with a spreading warmth as she took a look at her injury. It was a deep gash but not to deep where it could not be treated. Slowly she tip toed downstairs to grab some medical gauze and some paper towels. With that she quickly ran up the stairs being careful not to wake the rest of her family members. 

Heading to the upstairs bathroom she began to treat her wound, after cleaning it with some soap and water that is she wrapped the wound in the bandages she brought with her before heading back to bed a slight yawn escaping her mouth. 

"I should write this down in case i forget it." with that thought in mind she quickly wrote down also what had just occurred within her Journal. Finally exhausted she went back to bed tired as hell, she closed her eyes allowing darkness to surround her as sleep consumed her body. 

Dark chuckled as he returned control to the original body Markiplier who seemingly returned home and fell asleep. "I wonder if I should see her again." he thought as he faded back into the darkness of Marks mind. 

Similarly Anti returned the reins grudgingly back to his own host as he to faded back into the darkness of sleep.  "Damn it that bitch did a huge amount of damage to my host." The demon said as he faded back into the darkness of Jacks soul and mind.
